I searched high and low to find a microwave to install above my range. My house came with just a hood. The problem I ran into is that the width had to be 36" and most microwaves above the range are 29-30". There were one or two others I found but were about $800 and a few you could buy but needed to get spacers for $100 and install them too. I looked at every store imaginable and online and finally found this one. With no reviews I was nervous. It's huge! A friend came over to install it for me and it took about an hour. Comes with a template to follow. Turned it on and OMG it's amazing. It's super quiet and accurate in timing. Still haven't tried all the auto settings it has but just popped popcorn and we all know that setting can be off...perfectly popped. It has an auto night light feature so I scheduled it to come on at 7pm and turn off at 7am. The vent on top opens when you cook. The list goes on about how great this is.
